Vanessa Hitch is a naturopath, clinical nutritionist, educator, researcher and keynote speaker with over 20 years’ experience in clinical practice and professional education. She holds a Master of Human Nutrition and specialises in women’s health, metabolic health, and the neuroendocrine system.
Her work integrates evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine, functional testing, and evolutionary medicine, with a focus on translating complex science into practical clinical insight.
