Dr Brad Leech
Dr Brad Leech is a PhD-qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Herbalist, recognised internationally for his expertise in chronic autoimmune conditions and complex gastrointestinal disorders. He operates a busy clinical practice, delivering complete and personalised care through functional nutrition, integrative medicine and holistic wellness and it is this front-line clinical experience that grounds everything he teaches.
Since entering the profession in 2008, Brad has contributed significantly to academia, shaping curricula at universities and advancing research into intestinal permeability where he is lead author of the world’s first clinical practice guideline alongside autoimmune disease management and the therapeutic potential of food-based probiotics. He is an Adjunct Fellow at the National Centre for Naturopathic Medicine, where he continues to advance the natural health sciences.
Brad is also the founder of The Academy by Dr Brad Leech, a practitioner education platform dedicated to equipping clinicians with the knowledge and confidence to elevate their clinical outcomes. He has mentored thousands of practitioners, with structured programs spanning microbiome assessment and management, paediatric microbiome care, and integrative approaches to autoimmune disease.
